Value Added Logistics (VAL)
Quality control (QC) for food products.
Reliable quality control is essential for maintaining the quality and food safety of your products. Upon arrival, we carefully inspect every shipment for damage, incorrect labeling, packaging discrepancies, and the overall condition of the product, among other things. Additionally, we perform quality measurements, such as temperature, humidity, and Brix measurements, fully in accordance with the agreed product specifications.
Products that do not meet the set quality standards are immediately separated from the batch to ensure the quality of the remaining products. If desired, we provide a comprehensive QC report with clear findings, so that you have full insight into the quality of every shipment and can quickly make the right decisions.
Unloading, loading & repalletizing container.
We handle the efficient unloading and loading of containers for both bulk goods and palletized shipments. During unloading, products can be immediately inspected, sorted, and, if desired, repalletized according to your specifications.
Our employees build pallets safely and stably, remove or add layers of boxes as needed, and ensure that every pallet meets the desired transport and storage requirements. Pallets can also be re-wrapped for extra stability during transport.
Thanks to our climate-controlled storage facilities and efficient working methods, we process your goods quickly, safely, and carefully. Regardless of whether it concerns bulk goods, food products, or shipments that need to be palletized in the warehouse.
Sampling and box picking.
We quickly check the quality of fresh and sensitive products using sampling. Sampling provides immediate insight without slowing down the logistics process – ideal for shipments where a full inspection is not required.
In box picking, we select and collect the correct boxes based on the order requirements. During the picking process, our employees check that the packaging is intact, the correct product variants are included, and all quantities are accurate. This ensures that every order is assembled accurately and without errors, so that the goods are immediately ready for further processing or shipment.
Commuting between production location and warehouse (Kruiningen – 40 km radius).
Using our own truck, we provide shuttle transport between production locations and our warehouse in Kruiningen. All options can be discussed with us.

Value Added Services (VAS)
Product labeling and barcode-driven traceability.
We accurately apply barcodes, expiration dates, and customer-specific labels. This prevents errors, keeps inventory organized, and ensures a quick flow to the next process step.
Every pallet is fully traceable thanks to our barcode system. Growers and lot numbers are linked to the correct products, ensuring maximum control and overview.
